Terms of Use & Communications Policy

1. Agreement to Terms

By using this website or submitting a quote request or contact form, you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site and to submit forms or opt in to communications.

2. Services & Estimates

Quotes are preliminary estimates based on the facility details you provide. Formal agreements require walkthrough verification and a written service contract.

3. One Month Free Offer

The "one month free" offer applies to new commercial clients who sign a 12-month service agreement. The free month is applied to the final month of the 12-month term, provided all prior invoices are paid in full.

4. SMS Program & Communications Consent

Our SMS program sends transactional and informational text messages about your inquiry and service — including responses to your questions, walkthrough scheduling, quote updates, and service reminders. Text messaging is opt-in only; we will not send SMS unless you have checked the consent box on our form. By opting in, you authorize Econo Cleaning to contact you by telephone, email, and SMS/text message at any number you provide, including using an automatic dialing system or prerecorded voice, even if the number is a cell phone or listed on a Do-Not-Call registry.

• Message frequency: varies, up to several per week.
• Message & data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. HELP for assistance.

5. Carrier Liability & No Warranty

Econo Cleaning is not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages and makes no guarantees about the availability or performance of any wireless carrier's network. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's service, and carriers are not responsible for the content of messages. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier.
